Testing and Certification Process
BMC conducted the tests at the Quality Measurement and Standards Technical Center 1 (Quatest 1), one of the leading units in the field of quality testing and certification. Here, the MSB 1600A electrical cabinet model underwent a series of rigorous tests on performance, mechanical strength and safety. The testing process started on March 25 and ended on April 1, 2020. The test results confirmed that BMC’s MSB electrical cabinets fully meet the requirements of the IEC 61439-1,2 standard, including high current capacity (up to 100kA for the MSB 1600A model) and the ability to protect users’ safety.
